APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. All appointments require a credit card to hold your reservation. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to ensure the satisfaction of all guests.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we require a minimum 6 hours notice.
Any cancellation made less than a 6 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service.
CHILDREN
In order to provide our guests with a safe and relaxing experience, we ask that only children with appointments enter the spa.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount.
CAN WE TALK?
Most guests find that silence enhances tranquility, but if you feel either quiet or chatty, your therapist or stylist appreciates a little feedback from you about the pressure levels or areas of special needs.
CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
For the comfort of all guests please turn cell phones and pagers to vibrate or off, in the spa.
